What Each Area Offers

West & Anthony Henday Southwest — Premium Living

The highest prices in the city, driven by established neighbourhoods like Glenora, Crestwood, and Laurier Heights in West Edmonton. AH Southwest includes newer premium developments in Windermere and Heritage Valley.

Southwest & Southeast — Suburban Family

Strong sales activity with a mix of established and newer communities. Southeast is consistently among the city's most active districts. Good balance of price and amenities.

North Central & Northwest — Established Value

North Central offers some of the best value for detached homes near the city centre. Northwest covers areas like St. Albert corridor with solid mid-range pricing.

Northeast & Central — Entry Points

The most affordable areas for buyers entering the market. Central Edmonton has strong condo inventory near downtown — excellent for first-time buyers and investors.
